A: A customer can build whenever they are ready. We only ask that when you start construction that you finish in a reasonable amount of time, usually one year.

A: We review the home plans and site plan and consult with an architect or engineer if needed. There is not a fee for the architectural review.
Q: Do we have to use the proposed home location or can we change the home site?
A: In most cases, you are able to move the home site location. We recommend that you consult our company and any local zoning or regulatory authority. A new septic inspection may be required if the home-site is moved from the approved location.
